Inter striker Lautaro Martínez netted a second-half double to earn his team a 2-0 win at Pisa, ensuring the visitors firmly involved in the Italian league title race in spite of a somewhat shaky display.

Under manager Cristian Chivu, Inter now are placed in third position in the table with 27 points, level with second-placed Roma and just one point adrift of leaders Milan. In contrast, Pisa occupy the third bottom position with 10 points.
